Our bilingual staff facilitates trips and conference calls to allow for roasters and growers to understand the factors and conditions that relate to their coffee's production.

Each year, Sustainable Harvest hosts Let's Talk Coffee in a producing country and invites our Relationship Coffee partners. Through annual events like Let's Talk Coffee, we turn the information sharing process into long-lasting business relationships. Roasters and growers plan their purchases and trips, discuss marketing campaigns, and learn about harvest trends that will impact their specialty coffee purchases. Participants learn from extraordinary speakers from around the world, engage in cupping calibrations, discuss market trends, and visit coffee farms. This private event is our major investment to bring our roaster customers and grower suppliers together.

In addition to Let's Talk Coffee, Sustainable Harvest hosts additional private meetings among our supply chain members in the United States. This ensures a second annual face-to-face meeting with growers and roasters to review the status of each Relationship Coffee, facilitated by the staff of Sustainable Harvest.
