COMUCAP mission is to challenge and reject violence in all its expressions by assisting women in their access to essential services and rights for themselves and their families. Supporting them to build and sustain economic alternatives with a gender perspective, to foster the development of the community.

The majority of the women were victims of domestic violence that left toxic relationships to become self-sufficient. The cooperative has a shelter in Marcala where they help women and use coffee as a reconstructive vehicle.

 

 

 

Finca Caracol is a 31 hectares farm located in La Paz, Honduras, own by a group of associates from COMUCAP.  This lot is located at 1350-1600 m.a.s.l. with the varieties Catuai e IHCAFE 90.
