Operations Specialist
Summary
Sustainable Harvest seeks a talented and versatile Operations Specialist to join our team in Oaxaca, Mexico. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, proactive communication, and project management skills. This role reports to the Director of Supply and Operations, and requires daily communication with exporters, customs agents, warehouses, and shipping agents. The position will operate primarily in Spanish, but requires bilingual conversational fluency in English.
Responsibilities
Support elaboration of recurring shipment reports for key customers.
Support Operations team in elaboration of reports for the Origin team, Sales team or Leadership team, with respect to Operations metrics
