Our team provides sourcing, importing, shipping, and warehousing logistics to ensure a timely delivery of coffee to roasters.

Purchasing Guidelines

We recommend forward booking to secure your supply. Sustainable Harvest’s® customers usually book their coffee from three to six months in advance of its arrival to North America. When forward booking, we suggest a minimum purchase of 50 bags from a single origin. We also have spot coffees available for purchase in smaller quantities. 

We store coffee in the following warehouses:

  • The Annex in Oakland, CA
  • Continental Terminals in Kearny, NJ
  • Continental Terminals in Charleston, SC
  • The Green Room in Seattle, WA
  • Costa Oro in Portland, OR


Sustainable Harvest® sells coffee on an ex-warehouse basis, and roasters are responsible for arranging their own freight and delivery. We are happy to offer advice on trucking lines that are best suited to your needs.


At Sustainable Harvest®, we work closely with producers to source coffees with a variety of certifications, including some coffees with multiple certifications. We carry coffees that are certified Fair Trade, organic, and Rainforest Alliance. If you’re looking for a specific origin with a particular certification, we’d be happy to source it for you.
